Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your O My Bag, but if it's not the perfect match, you can return your leather goods within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unused condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Bag

  Place the item in its original dust bag and shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label (if applicable) or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our Amsterdam warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.
